Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Glues, Sealant, Primers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that can be cross contaminated or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Orders:
All orders received before 3pm Mountain Time, Tuesday- Saturday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive under Standard Shipping. Any orders placed on Sunday or Monday will not be processed until the following Tuesday.
In the unlikely event that one of your ordered items becomes out of stock after your purchase, we will email you, and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out that day. We will either refund the individual item to your original payment method, or we will ship it out separately when it is restocked at no additional cost to you.
Package Tracking:
Please refer to your tracking number to reference the location of your package. Once the product leaves Lash Blvd, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please refer to USPS to start a claim as they will have the most accurate information regarding tracking. To prevent stolen packages, please try to be available when the package is set to arrive, or arrange a trusted source to monitor it for you in the event of your absence.
LASH BLVD TRAINING REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Training Refund Policy: When you reserve a Training Class with “Lash Blvd” training course. a seat will be held for you in a specified class and is then unavailable to other interested students. Each training class is planned in detail to accommodate a specific number of students by arranging for supplies and ensuring adequate partners are available. In order to cover the costs of modifying these arrangements due to Cancellations and Rescheduling the following fees apply to all Training purchases:
Cancellations: There is a non-refundable charge of $250 should you CANCEL your Training MORE THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date. If you cancel your Training within 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled Training date, a non-refundable charge of $399 will apply. If you do not cancel your Training prior to the Training date, we will not be able to refund any portion of your training fee.
Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible. A rescheduling fee of $50.00 will apply if you reschedule within one to seven days prior to training date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer sen it to us with your order number.

In order to cover the costs of modifying these arrangements due to Cancellations and Rescheduling the following fees apply to all Training purchases:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
