APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us. When scheduling an appointment we reserve that time specifically for you. While we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.


Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.


“No Shows,” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. These fees must be paid before you will be able to schedule your next appointment.


If you need to cancel an appointment made within a 24 hour period, the appointment must be cancelled within 4 hours, otherwise a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount with incur.

3-DAY POLICY FOR LASHES

If you experience extreme fallout after your lash appointment (30% or more lashes), you have 3 days after your appointment to inform us. Please call to book a 30-minute consultation to figure out the cause of the loss and to fill the lost lashes for no extra cost. After the 3-day grace period, fixes will be considered a fill with subsequent charge according to the date booked.
