After your package has left our facility with the respective carrier we are not responsible for any delays on delivery.
You might be charged customs fees once your package has left our facility and Lash Blvd is not responsible for them. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local postal service for more information on their fees and policies.
TRACKING AND LOST ORDERS
Lash Blvd is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Please use the tracking system to follow your package and make sure you are available to receive the delivery to avoid delays or loss.
If your package returns to us due to incorrect/insufficient address you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Please contact Lash Blvd within 30 days if your order has not been received. You must file an in person claim at your local post office and we will do our best to provide compensation for the loss.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If one of the items in your order becomes out of stock after your purchase, we will ship the other items and the out of stock item will be shipped separately at no additional cost as soon as it is restocked.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority and we would like to hear from you in the unlikely event of quality concerns.
If you wish to return or exchange an item we accept unopened and unused products ONLY! Please ship the item at your own cost within 30 days from the receipt for a full refund. Restocking fees might be applied.
Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 10% restocking fee applies. Shipped or in transit orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

TRAINING COURSES REFUND & CANCELLATION
Live trainings courses are non-refundable. At Lash Blvd we reserve a seat for you at your desired training date, but we will accommodate a one-time change to another class on a later date upon availability. Should you wish to reschedule more than once a $250 fee will be applied.
Online training courses are non-refundable.
When a kit is included with the training course no items can be exchanged or refunded.
